Booking onto a course is easy, either call us on 0151 727 4884 or drop us an email to enquiries@eduk8partnership.co.uk with your contact details and the course dates you would like to attend.

Course durations vary depending on the course you are attending, if the times are on not on the schedule please contact us and we will let you know.

We periodically offer seasonal discounts on courses but we also offer discounts for group bookings. Call one of our team to find out more on 0151 727 4884.

Ideally we would like 48 hours notice of cancellation however, we do understand that sometimes the unexpected happens and you need to cancel at short notice. Please give us a call on 0151 727 4884 to cancel and leave a message if nobody is available to come to the phone.

That is fine; we understand traffic at peak times can be busy and that other problems arise. Just call our office on 0151 727 4884 and speak to a member of our staff. We can advise you what to do next and also inform the course tutor.

Yes all our courses can be delivered at your premises at a time and date to suit you. Minimum numbers of around 8 people are normally required, Feel free to call us for more information on 0151 727 4884.

No our courses are a set price however; sometimes we do have access to funding for people who meet a certain criteria. The best thing to do would be call us to check if there is any funding available.

No unless stated lunch is not provided on any of our courses here at eduk8.

Tea, Coffee and Kitchen facilities including a fridge and microwave are available here at eduk8 and there are a number of shops and cafes in the area.

Yes our Safeguarding Children Awareness; Paediatric First Aid; Health and Safety and Food Safety courses all meet the requirement for OFSTED.

Yes you will receive a certificate for any course you successfully complete here.

All certificates are sent to whoever pays for the course, if this is your employer then your original certificate will be sent to them.

We are accredited by the following awarding bodies. Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC), CACHE, NCFE, Training Qualification United Kingdom (TQUK) and IOSH.

This depends on the course you attend. If you require an accredited certificate direct from an awarding body please state when booking onto the course.
