I want to sincerely thank and appreciate you for the impactful training last week. I have done several training sessions since I relocated  to the UK both online and onsite but I must tell you, yours was the most practical. It made me realise I have been doing so many wrong things all this while. It's quite unfortunate to realise that most people do not know the right things to do even up to manager level. I have seen managers telling me to do the right things in the wrong way on several occasions. Thank you so much for the practical and demonstrations. May I also mention I have started applying most of them from the lifting to the consent of service users. Have a wonderful day Ian and hope to sit in one of your classes in the near future.

I thoroughly enjoyed the training especially the basic life support practical, something I had never done before and feel everyone should know. I also found the medication introduction training interesting as it gives an insight into the different situations and dangers that don’t initially cross your mind. It’s helped me feel more comfortable carrying out my job as I feel i’m a lot more prepared for certain situations such as when CPR may need to be carried out or even useful knowledge such as how more than 14 units of alcohol should not be consumed to help bring awareness for those I care for. I enjoy working in the Health and Social sector as everyday is different and you know you can make a difference. The tutors who provide the training, in my case, John are very passionate and and it was heart-warming to know why the training they carry out was particularly important to them and engages you even more.

Working with Mike and the team at eduk8 on the opening of our Breck Road store was an exercise in true customer service.
