This course is aimed at those working in all food related businesses at supervisory level.

  • Monitoring food hygiene standards
  • On the job training
  • How to effectively supervise food handlers on hygiene issues
  • How to carry out hygiene audits
  • Standards of personal hygiene
  • Hazard analysis programmes
  • How to formulate and write hygiene policies and instructions.

Four Days

Assessment

Multiple choice examination. Successful candidates will recieive a CIEH certificate.
